Cocktail Sauce for Fish, Shrimp, etc.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, FODMAP friendly
- ¼ cup Safe Ketchup
- 1-2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ tsp bottled horseradish*
- Blend all ingredients and enjoy.
*Bottled horseradish: Check label ingredients, and avoid “horseradish sauce,” which can contain FODMAP-unfriendly ingredients. “Pure” or “Kosher” horseradish sauce will contain very few ingredients other than horseradish root. One good U.S. brand is “Bubbie’s.”
